Mods around only make it so that it is easier to get higher multipliers, but the core issue is still there: OCDs will always min-max, so it doesn't really matter. You get strong in Morrowind fairly quickly so there's no need to farm those precious x5 Attribute multipliers. It's just that I personally believe people make a big issue out of something that really isn't an issue for anyone but OCDs. It's much less hassle to plan your levels when using LLM: If you want to increase an attribute, buy a training session in a skill governed by that attribute *before* you dive into that next dungeon so that you'll get the desired bonus if you level up before returning to town. Meaning one can't so easily just level up a MISC skill and get the bonus from just doing that. To balance this I altered 2 more GMSTs, so Miscellaneous and non-Minor/Major specialization skills are not as easy to level up.
